Rigid axles

Oberaigner specialises in the development and production of rigid axles in small production runs to expand the portfolios of the vehicle manufacturers (OEM) for niche products and special applications that cannot be produced economically in large production series runs.

Development costs can be minimised by the exploitation of synergies with the OEM standard product. Oberaigner redevelops load-bearing and driving components to suit the specific application. The use of special high-strength materials means that we can realise derivatives for the OEMs which have an increased track width or considerably higher axle loading in the smallest of spaces. Axle variants with differential locks for off-road applications and prototypes with drive shafts for triple axle vehicles are being developed and produced.
