All-wheel drive transfer cases

All-wheel drive vehicles based on rear-wheel longitudinal drive trains can be equipped with various different transfer case designs, depending on the functional requirement, the vehicle category and the desired off-road features. Oberaigner has wide-ranging experience and comprehensive know-how in the field of all-wheel drive transfer cases and is therefore able to develop and produce products that precisely match the customer’s requirements.

The range extends from simple rigid selectable drive systems, via standard permanent drives with longitudinal differentials, up to offroad versions with various different offroad reduction ratios and differential locks. Depending on the requirement, we can realise the functions using classic dog clutches or multi-plate clutch systems.

We round off the range of possibilities with various different torque distribution ratios in the longitudinal differential and limited slip differentials.
