Our versatile assembly capability includes single, multiple and line assembly to meet the individual needs of our customers. We focus on precision and accuracy, using 3D measuring machines on various assemblies to determine the required set-up dimensions. Our state-of-the-art equipment with force-displacement monitoring enables us to precisely assemble components with up to 75 kilonewtons of force.

Our monitored bolting systems guarantee that every bolted joint is recorded, monitored and stored - for absolute quality assurance. Furthermore, in our own paint shop we offer the possibility to paint components and assemblies according to your wishes.

For the highest demands, we offer differential pressure tests for leak testing as well as the possibility of oil filling of components and assemblies on customer request. Our end-of-line test rigs allow optional functional and quality testing to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

We pride ourselves on meeting special requirements, including prototype assembly, climatic cabinet testing, oiling processes, nitrogen joining processes and robotic small part welding. Your most challenging projects are in the best hands with us.
