Assembly competence

Our assembly department is laid out for the manufacture of drive systems in small-scale to medium-scale quantities with certification to automotive standard.

In transmission and axle assembly, the necessary setting dimensions are determined using 3D measuring machines, and the individual components are pressed using force-displacement monitored presses at forces up to 75 Kilonewtons. Atlas-Copco screw systems ensure that every screwed connection is listed, monitored, and archived.

Assembled drive systems can be painted in our own in-house paint shop.

All units are checked for leaks using differential pressure testing and are filled with oil automatically. An End-of-Line test facility enables us to carry out any optional functional and qualification tests for shifting and acoustics.
