Top-quality is one of our most important factors in success. That is why, in addition to the external certification to ISO 9001, highest priority is also given to the subject of quality assurance within the company. As well as test plans accompanying production and ongoing self-testing within the framework of production and assembly, we have an air-conditioned measuring room at our disposal, in which all individual components are subjected to comprehensive quality assurance measures. Here, all parts are precisely measured and tested for adherence to the predetermined tolerances. Our trained quality expert and his team ensure rejection rates tending toward zero, through their 100% examination of all completed aggregates. The measuring devices themselves are checked by means of their own testing equipment monitoring, which is constantly adjusted and logged, guaranteeing optimal assurance results.

1. Gears The dimensional accuracy of the inner and outer toothing is precisely measured with a gear-measuring machine, the tolerances are in the minimal range of µmm. In the production of components, the rejection rate is less than 1% despite very large random tests. | 2. Machined cast housings Machined surfaces such as wheel bases, drilled holes, bearing seats and everything else which cannot be measured in two dimensions are exactly measured with a 3-coordinate measuring machine. | 3. Material hardness Since all the components must fulfil the hardness values specified in the design plans, we test all parts by means of a processor-controlled hardness testing device. The Prinell, Rockwell and Vickers processes are applied. | 4. Concentricity tests Concentricity tests are carried out to test coaxiality. | 5. Surface roughness The quality and condition of the surfaces of all components are measured precisely with a surface- testing device for correspondance with the surface specifications stated in the design plans. |
