Greater than the sum of all the parts





As a provider of systems solutions, we also carry out all assembly work at our factory in Nebelberg after the production of the components. The configuration of the axes and drives we manufacture takes place in our new assembly hall, all characteristic data for each aggregate is electronically registered and recorded via SAP. This makes it possible to trace all individual parts unambiguously.

 

After the aggregates have been assembled, a computer-controlled test-bench run is undergone, in which all the parameters occurring in the vehicle can be simulated. For this, the products are filled with oil and operated for 20 min. on the test-bench. Tightness, friction torque, temperature curve and noise development are monitored and logged. Only after these comprehensive quality assurance measures are our products released for consignment. Thanks to the SAP-supported just-in-time production, we can keep our stocks of materials as well as of completed parts very low.
