New company name

Dear customers, partners and friends, the global economy is subject to permanent change. Especially the automotive industry is underlying the rules of an exceptional dynamic environment. To prevail in such a setting one needs to be flexible and innovative. The Oberaigner Group has performed very well in this vibrant surrounding and has reached yet another milestone of its corporate success story. The new assembly plant at Rostock/Laage, Germany, will go into full operation in the first half of 2012. To emphasize our core competencies even better, each site will treasure and cultivate its focus areas. The Oberaigner Automotive GmbH at Rostock/Laage Airport in Mecklenburg-Hither Pomerania, Germany, will focus on system integration and vehicle assembly. The site in Upper Austria has since its erection established an excellent reputation as engineering partner and system supplier for the leading automotive industry. In the future our branch in the district of Rohrbach will bundle its endeavours even more on our traditional core competencies in powertrain and all-wheel drive engineering. Therefore, the Wilhelm Oberaigner Gesellschaft m.b.H. changes its name with immediate effect to

Oberaigner Powertrain GmbH.

The re-branding accounts for the increased focus in engineering orientation and also for the re-organisation of the entire group of companies.
